Develop an insights/data driven strategy (Velocities, Distribution & Portfolio) to secure our Market Share Leadership in Puerto Rico Implement the new Distributor Model in Puerto Rico by developing a strategic partnership with the Master Distributor while maintaining a close relationship with Key Customers Develop a High Performing, engaged and agile Puerto Rico Sales Team Cross functional leadership to develop the commercial strategy across channels/customers for Puerto Rico Scope Defining Dimensions

Strong cross‑functional collaboration is needed with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, etc. Multicultural mindset to interact with teams in Brazil, México and the US Continuous interaction with Latam Leadership Team Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong Commercial/Business Development background Cross functional leadership experience with +5 years leading commercial teams Strong Communications and Business Acumen, fluent in Spanish and English Deep knowledge of Puerto Rico landscape: Costumer, Shopper and Consumer Entrepreneurial mindset and agile leadership style Experience

+7 years in commercial and business development +5 Years of Cross functional leadership CPG Experience in both Distributor and Direct Models Seniority level
