Job Summary
Growing manufacturer is seeking a permanent Sales Manager. This position is remote and will require over 50% travel to customers on the East Coast. The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing an assigned sales territory and be accountable for leading and directing a profitable equipment sales revenue team.
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on experience), plus performance bonuses and additional benefits. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

Responsibilities
Drive profitable revenue growth in assigned territory and exceed sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
Establish and manage team territory targets.
Manage the use of Salesforce (CRM) by the team and drive sales execution.
Manage the use of Pandadoc for quoting (CPQ) by the team.
