Senior Sales Specialist – Solar Components (Europe)

Develop and execute sales plans to meet regional targets for solar components

Identify and build relationships with new and existing clients across Europe

Conduct market analysis and track competitor activity

Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff and partners

Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Attend industry events and trade shows

Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and technical support

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher

MUST be eligible to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship available)

MUST have a valid driver's license recognized in Germany

MUST be fluent in German and English

5+ years in solar or renewable energy sales

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools

Willingness to travel within Europe
