Sell finance and insurance (F&I) product lines to achieve targeted goals while effectively addressing customer objections Maintain and build relationships with current customers through regular visits and evaluations of their needs Identify non-F&I opportunities and collaborate with the Insurance Specialist to qualify prospects Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure they are knowledgeable about Ally’s products Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments through ongoing training and involvement What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a dealership setting Proven experience interfacing with dealer principals and decision-makers Strong business management, presentation, and relationship-selling skills High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage conflicting priorities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a sales role within the financial services or automotive industry Established reputation as a problem solver with a proactive approach to challenges Familiarity with financial products and services, particularly in the F&I space We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
