Job Responsibilities

Sell finance and insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals and effectively overcome objections

Maintain customer relationships through regular visits and evaluation of needs for new opportunities

Identify non‑F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist for growth

Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure product knowledge

Stay informed about competitors and market challenges through ongoing training and industry involvement

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, F&I provider, or retail dealership

Proven ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision‑makers

Strong business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a customer‑centric financial services environment

Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and resilience in sales

Familiarity with market trends and industry‑specific challenges

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
