What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Sell finance and insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals by explaining corporate programs and service capabilities
Service current customers by maintaining rapport, making regular visits, and evaluating customer needs for new opportunities
Identify non-F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist to estimate growth volume and qualify prospects
Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure customers are knowledgeable about Ally’s products
Maintain current knowledge about competitors, market threats, and industry challenges through ongoing training and involvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5+ years of experience in automotive retail, F&I consulting, banking, or financial services
Must be fluently bilingual in Spanish and English
Proven ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision-makers
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in F&I sales or retail dealership F&I
Strong accountability and prioritization skills
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in managing conflicting priorities
