Manning Pool Service is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Office Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position with no weekends, offering stability, benefits, and the opportunity to be part of a well‑established and respected pool service company.
Position Overview This role is the communication hub of our company. You will be responsible for supporting our customers, assisting our field technicians, and helping drive growth through outbound calls and sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a small office environment, enjoys talking to people, and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
Schedule & Compensation Monday–Friday
40‑hour work week
Weekends off
Starting pay at $18/hour, with the potential for higher pay based on experience and qualifications.
All major holidays paid

Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails professionally and promptly.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer concerns.
Cold calling and following up with leads (sales experience required).
Assisting field technicians with scheduling, communication, and support.
Maintaining accurate customer and service records.
Working closely with management and contributing positively to the team.
Requirements
Previous sales experience (required).
Comfortable with cold calling and customer follow‑ups.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and problem‑solve.
Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Comfortable working in a small office environment.
