Responsibilities
Execute strategic learning plans to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue targets across assigned properties.
Conduct in‑person and virtual property tours, highlighting unique features and community amenities to prospective residents.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, corporate housing providers, and other referral partners to generate high‑quality leads.
Leverage digital marketing platforms, local outreach, and brand tools to drive leasing traffic and grow awareness.
Effectively negotiate lease terms and close rental agreements in accordance with company policies and fair housing laws.
Provide a high‑touch, hospitality‑driven customer experience throughout the entire leasing journey.
Onboard and train new leasing and office associates, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in their roles from day one.
Deliver targeted refresher training sessions for communities that show opportunity for occupancy growth, using performance metrics and business intelligence to guide content.
Visit properties within your assigned region to assess leasing effectiveness, customer experience, and brand adherence—and report observations and actionable insights to regional and community leaders.
Offer continuous coaching and development for new associates, providing structured support beyond onboarding to reinforce learning and drive engagement.
Facilitate the Peer Coach Program, preparing experienced associates to mentor others through structured guidance, accountability, and support.
Lead refresher training for the Mystery Shop Program, aligning leasing behaviors with company standards and using shop results to inform learning needs.
Contribute to and participate in cultural engagement events, including Sales Rallies, Service Rallies, and team‑building initiatives that promote community, recognition, and knowledge‑sharing.
Support the rollout of new technology or systems by leading change management efforts and facilitating engaging training sessions that ensure user adoption and system proficiency.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of associate development programs including scheduling, logistics, communications, and evaluation.
Design and deliver engaging learning experiences using blended methodologies, including in‑person, virtual, and on‑demand content.
Partner with the central Learning and Development team to assess business needs, adapt existing materials, and develop region‑specific learning plans.
Proactively identify learning gaps and recommend solutions that enhance associate performance and business results.

Travel Requirements
This role requires approximately 60% travel, primarily between Tuesday and Thursday, to support communities across your assigned region.
Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel and able to work independently while on‑site.
Compensation
Base salary: $50k‑60k
