Position Regional Training Specialist – drive leasing goals and champion learning initiatives across assigned regions.
Responsibilities
Execute strategic learning plans to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue targets across assigned properties.
Conduct in-person and virtual property tours, highlight features and community amenities.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, corporate housing providers, and referral partners to generate high-quality leads.
Leverage digital marketing platforms and local outreach to drive leasing traffic and grow awareness.
Effectively negotiate lease terms and close rental agreements in accordance with company policies and fair housing laws.
Provide a high-touch, hospitality-driven customer experience throughout the entire leasing journey.
Onboard and train new leasing and office associates.
Deliver targeted refresher training sessions for communities showing opportunity for occupancy growth.
Visit properties within the assigned region to assess leasing effectiveness, customer experience, and brand adherence; report observations to leaders.
Offer continuous coaching and development for new associates.
Facilitate the Peer Coach Program and lead refresher training for the Mystery Shop Program.
Support the rollout of new technology or systems and lead change management efforts.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of associate development programs; design engaging learning experiences using blended methodologies.
Partner with the central Learning and Development team to assess business needs and develop region-specific learning plans.
Proactively identify learning gaps and recommend solutions that enhance associate performance and business results.
Qualifications
60% travel, primarily Tuesday–Thursday, to support communities across the assigned region.
Comfortable with frequent travel and able to work independently while on-site.
Strong communication, coaching and presentation skills.
Experience in residential leasing, training or learning and development preferred.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing best practices.
Compensation
Base salary $50,000–$60,000.
