What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and scale the EMEA sales teams while selling Idera brand software to mid-size and Fortune 100 companies

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture emerging markets and maintain competitiveness

Collaborate with partners, demand generation, and product teams to drive revenue growth

Translate the organization’s vision, mission, and values into actionable plans for regional sales teams

Monitor and ensure consistent application of sales methodologies and resource management

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of proven management experience in sales

Experience in building and scaling large-scale inside sales organizations

Proficient in Salesforce with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas

Experience in the technology sector with a stable and consistent work history

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
