Responsibilities
Pursue and build relationships with property managers, building owners and owner representatives to design complex technology solutions that support sustainable growth.
Collaborate with KONE operations teams and manage projects from initiation through completion.
Maintain a local territory and manage your own sales cycle, which typically lasts 1-2 years.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally within vertical transportation or a related industry.
Strong customer service and ability to develop professional customer relations.
Proficiency with technological tools such as KONE CRM and openness to learning solution‑selling methodologies like Sandler.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal stakeholders.
Comfortable with a longer sales cycle (average 1-2 years).
