What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Conduct high‑volume prospecting for leads through strategic outbound efforts

Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to identify their needs

Manage event operations, including trade shows and industry events, and engage with attendees

Collaborate with Sales Executives to develop prospect communication plans and coordinate demonstrations

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications)

1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development

At least 12 months of outbound calling experience

Proven ability to travel 40% of the time

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in person and on the phone

Ability to handle objections and articulate value propositions effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the home services industry

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong negotiation skills and comfort with in‑person selling

Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment
