What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Build and maintain relationships with the long‑term care (LTC) resident care team, including physicians and pharmacists
Promote products through compliant clinical and reimbursement education tailored to customer needs
Identify and address customer questions and concerns using advanced selling skills
Develop and execute territory business/action plans to maximize impact and reach
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to address business needs and maintain compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
Proven advanced selling and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen, organization, and self‑motivation
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to travel independently up to 80% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience with 2+ years in complex/account‑based selling for Senior Specialist
Minimum 12 years of healthcare sales experience with 3+ years in complex/account‑based selling for Executive Specialist
Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities at a regional level
In‑depth knowledge of neuroscience and LTC market dynamics
