What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Build and maintain relationships with the long-term care (LTC) resident care team, including physicians and pharmacists
Promote products by delivering education tailored to customer needs
Address customer questions and concerns using advanced selling skills
Develop and execute territory business/action plans based on market insights
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address business needs and represent the employer at various events
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
Advanced selling and negotiation skills
Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities at a regional level
Must reside within the territory or within 30 miles of its border and be able to travel independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex/account-based selling for Senior Specialist role
12 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 3 years in complex/account-based selling for Executive Specialist role
Strong business acumen and self-motivation with a business ownership mentality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms
