What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and maintain strong relationships with members of the long-term care (LTC) resident care team
Promote employer products by delivering compliant clinical and reimbursement education tailored to customer needs
Identify and address customer questions, concerns, and objections using advanced selling skills
Develop and execute territory business/action plans leveraging data to maximize impact
Collaborate with sales management and cross-functional partners to address business needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
Proven leadership, mentorship, and role-model capabilities at a regional level
Strong business acumen, organization, and self-motivation with a business ownership mentality
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; ability to travel independently by air up to 80% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex/account-based selling for Senior Specialist role
Minimum of 12 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 3 years in complex/account-based selling for Executive Specialist role
In-depth knowledge of neuroscience and LTC market dynamics
