You'll be setting the stage for our Acquisition Managers by diligently following up and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities
Respond to all new leads quickly (calls, web forms, text)
Make outbound calls to warm, cold, and old leads daily
Qualify motivation, timeline, condition, and price
Set appointments for the Acquisition team
Maintain detailed notes and task reminders in the CRM
Follow a daily call and follow-up schedule
Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Provide status updates to the sales team
Re-engage old leads and nurture long-term prospects
Qualifications Required:
Strong phone communication skills
Positive, coachable attitude
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with high-volume calling
Basic tech and CRM proficiency
Ability to follow scripts and processes
Must live in the Houston, TX area
Preferred (not required):
Inside sales background
Real estate or wholesaling experience
Familiarity with CRM or similar tools
Compensation Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 per year.
