What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and implement lead generation programs aligned with marketing objectives to drive SQLs

Incorporate competitive intelligence into outreach to position the employer as a market leader

Build and optimize outbound campaign processes using available systems and AI

Collaborate with stakeholders to define value propositions and targeting strategies

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing Lead Generation team

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, sales, or medical affairs, with 2 years in a managerial role

Strong copywriting skills for outreach and campaign messaging

Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation best practices

Deep understanding of life sciences services and technology, including AI-driven solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in B2B marketing or agency environments

Familiarity with ABM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)

Knowledge of AI applications in life sciences and commercialization strategies
