What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic display
Manage pacing, spend allocation, and performance analytics for campaigns
Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve funnel performance and measurement infrastructure
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate AI tools into marketing workflows
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing or paid media experience
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools
Experience marketing to B2B audiences
Expertise in paid platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar certifications preferred
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Curiosity and willingness to challenge conventional marketing strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
