Set up, launch, and monitor paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Assist in developing campaign strategies, budgets, and testing frameworks
Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to test new ad concepts and audiences
Pull performance reports and summarize key insights and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications)
2 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Comfortable with numbers, data analysis, and A/B testing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Agency experience in digital advertising
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification
