Role Overview We are looking for an energetic professional to assist in connecting residential and small business customers with Spectrum’s top‑tier services. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Take calls and process orders for cable, internet, and mobile services, ensuring effective communication with customers and partners.
Collect leads, track canceled or delayed orders, and work with other teams to resolve issues.
Utilize various systems to manage special customer orders and provide accurate, timely service.
Perform pre‑sales tasks, verify order accuracy, and check work orders for proper billing.
Organize order schedules, follow company policies, and share workflow improvement tips with the team.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years in sales or customer service
Effective prioritization and organization skills
Clear oral and written communication skills
Ability to resolve customer complaints independently or in teams
Adaptability to handle multiple back‑to‑back calls while seated
Proficiency with computers and common software applications
Basic accounting, billing, and office procedure knowledge
Understanding of service troubleshooting and product details (cable, high‑speed internet, telephone)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with cable TV, high‑speed internet, and phone services
