What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own and deliver the multiomics sales budget for Central Europe
Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the multiomics segment in your territory
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through applications, assay design, and data interpretation
Deliver compelling product presentations and lead consultative discussions to showcase the employer's multiomics solutions
Train and support the sales team to strengthen their understanding of the employer's multiomics value proposition
What is Required (Qualifications):
Strong expertise in at least two omics disciplines, such as transcriptomics, epigenetics, or proteomics
Proven ability to identify customer needs and lead successful sales engagements
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel extensively across the region (approx. 60%)
Fluency in business English; additional Eastern European languages (e.g., Polish, Czech) are an advantage
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
PhD in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Chemistry, or Biochemistry; MSc with relevant laboratory experience also considered
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences
Dynamic, results-driven approach to sales in a consultative environment
