Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Coordinator to join a thriving team in California. This role involves generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with various departments to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling and email outreach.
Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
Manage CRM data and ensure accurate records.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
Qualifications
1-2 years of sales or related experience (cold calling preferred).
High school diploma required; Business or Marketing degree is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
English fluency required; Mandarin is a plus.
Goal-driven and adaptable.
Required Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
