What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support sales activities within the assigned territory and serve as a floater for temporarily vacant territories

Achieve and exceed sales quotas through lead generation, customer follow-ups, and product demonstrations

Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to support larger accounts and strategic initiatives

Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams

Regularly review data in CRM and other tools to identify and pursue new opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree required

1-3 years of B2B outside sales experience

Ability to travel up to 75%, including weekend travel

Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer-focused approach

High energy and ability to adapt in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the dental industry preferred

Familiarity with conceptual selling environments with long sales cycles of high-priced items preferred

Experience in indirect/distribution sales preferred
