What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support sales activities and initiatives within the assigned territory, including serving as a floater for temporarily vacant territories
Achieve and exceed sales quotas through lead generation, customer follow-ups, and product demonstrations
Develop and drive performance objectives and KPIs to ensure achievement of sales goals
Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams
Participate in training sessions to develop technical and clinical knowledge of the product portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required
1-3 years of B2B outside sales experience
Ability to travel up to 75%, including weekend travel
Exceptional sales acumen and adaptability skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer-focused approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Dental industry sales experience
Experience in a conceptual selling environment with long sales cycles of high-priced items
Indirect/distribution sales experience
