What to Expect
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing your drive and passion for helping people. Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends; seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance. Navigate a fast‑paced environment; flexibility and openness to change help you stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training, coaching, and tools are provided to help you meet and exceed goals. Earnings
Hourly pay ranges from $16.01 to $18.86 plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Overachieving can earn top sellers up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Benefits
