Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, reliable automotive/bus working service foreman to lead a team of technicians, oversee daily shop operations, ensure quality repairs, and increase technician efficiency by assigning work, training staff, and managing workflow. The foreman will liaise with service advisors and customers to guarantee timely, efficient, safe, and profitable project completion, acting as the crucial link between management and the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Instruct, mentor, and train technicians on best practices, new equipment, and safety; conduct performance reviews and foster team growth.
Organize daily work, assign jobs, manage schedules, and ensure efficient workflow, adjusting for demand and breakdowns.
Inspect completed work, ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards, and promote a safe work environment.
