Plan, direct, and coordinate programs that promote quality instructional delivery, active learning, assessment, and enhance student success. Essential Functions
Assist in the management of data and prepare reports to support curriculum and assessment for accreditation and program quality improvement. Manage the development, planning, and delivery of programming to assess and improve instructional quality. Support maintenance of electronic systems for course‑level and program assessment. Map learning outcomes and test questions for assessments. Identify students who need academic support, maintain records, and support student development. Collaborate with course coordinators (as assigned by supervisor) to assess needs and strategize methods to increase student success and curricular optimization. Train and support instructors in effective use of software resources for instruction and assessment. Facilitate scheduling for classroom activities and assessments. Direct activities of student assistants in preparing course materials, arranging classrooms, entering data, and other related tasks. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in an education‑related field from an accredited college or university. Master’s degree preferred. Teaching certification preferred. Experience Minimum two years of job‑related experience. 2–4 years of experience in education support within a secondary or university educational institution, with knowledge of curricular information and registration policies and procedures. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Computer skills:
Considerable knowledge and experience with educational technology and web‑based applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet use; ability to create and manage databases. Communication skills:
Strong verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills. Job Effectiveness:
Superior planning, organization, and customer service skills; ability to think and function independently; high level problem‑solving and attention to detail. Institutional knowledge:
Ability to maintain a working knowledge of professional curricular information, assessment policies, and university and program registration procedures. Employment Information
