About The Job Position Summary Breezeline’s inside sales team uses a consultative selling approach to promote our products and services, creating tailored solutions for new and existing customers and highlighting the advantages of our offerings.
Responsibilities
Play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Meet or exceed all sales goals for each product line while increasing company revenue.
Use a consultative approach to assess customers’ needs, wants and pain points, crafting customized solutions.
Build meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
Serve as a product expert, educating customers on Breezeline’s differentiators.
Navigate applications, capture key customer information, and handle work orders and installation details accurately.
Enhance customer experience by maintaining call quality assurance standards.
Spanish proficiency desirable in some locations.
Qualifications Required: High‑school diploma or GED. Strong communication and presentation skills, basic math proficiency, and computer literacy (database, internet, and word processing). Experience in CRM preferred. Reasonable accommodations available.
Physical Demands: Regular talking or hearing; occasional use of hands; moderate noise environment.
Work Environment: Moderate noise; requires confidentiality.
