What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify and customize solutions for customers' needs
Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by meeting or exceeding sales goals
Develop meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
Provide expert knowledge on Breezeline’s products and services to differentiate from competitors
Maintain call quality assurance levels to enhance the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
Proficiency in basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Strong reasoning ability to apply common sense in standardized situations
Experience in Customer Billing Relations Management (CRM) preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with database software, internet software, and word processing software
Ability to effectively present information in small group situations
Prior experience in a sales or customer service role
