What is Required (Qualifications)

Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence
Proficient in basic mathematical skills and ability to interpret data
Experience in Customer Billing Relations Management (CRM) preferred
Strong communication skills for one‑on‑one and small group presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
Spanish proficiency desirable in some locations
Familiarity with database software and word processing applications
Strong problem‑solving abilities in standardized situations
