What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence, and to effectively present information
Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
Reasoning ability to follow instructions and solve problems with concrete variables
Proficiency in database software, internet software, and word processing software

Experience in Customer Billing Relations Management (CRM)
