What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
Proficient in basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Strong reasoning ability to follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations
Knowledge of database software, internet software, and word processing software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferred
Strong communication skills for one‑on‑one and group presentations
