Responsibilities
Primarily focused on increasing sales for the agency.
Sell company products and services through resellers/channels in the assigned territory.
Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller and channel support.
Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Create campaigns for the agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciations.
Ensure daily cold calls are made on applications generated from events, all renewal quotes are processed, all quotes are followed up, and grassroots marketing is performed.
Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships.
Attend sales trainings as needed.
Develop sales reports as required.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year sales experience.
Employment is contingent upon getting the P&C license within a 60‑day period.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Computer proficiency.
Preferred:
Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
Behaviors: act independently with minimal direction; strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including prior experience, education, market/geography, complexity of scope, specialized skill set, lines of business, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
