THE JOB: As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business sales in various industries, including retail, automotive, food, and industrial sectors. Your goal will be to generate leads, cold call, and close deals while managing the full sales cycle from the ground up. You'll have the autonomy to develop your own prospecting style, backed by a company that values results and provides comprehensive sales training. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven sales experience, preferably in packaging or related industries
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving new business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and trainings
Can reside in Texas, California, Arizona,
