Partner with Colleges to Grow Enrollment — Represent Spottal.

Imagine starting your week by walking onto a campus you know well. You greet the Admissions Director, swap updates with Career Services, and introduce Spottal’s enrollment and placement platform. By Friday, you’ve scheduled a live demo with our core team, progressed two partnership agreements, and logged clear notes on every conversation and visit. That’s a typical rhythm in this field‑based role.

What You’ll Do

Conduct in‑person outreach to community colleges, trade schools, and career institutes across your assigned U.S. region.

Present Spottal’s platform to Enrollment Directors, Admissions teams, and Workforce Development/Career Services leaders.

Articulate how Spottal helps institutions increase student enrollment and strengthen program value and outcomes.

Coordinate and schedule platform demos or follow‑up sessions with Spottal’s core team when needed.

Close institutional partnership agreements and guide new partners through onboarding to the platform.

Maintain straightforward reporting on campus visits, stakeholder conversations, pipeline, and deal status.

Earnings & Structure (Commission‑Only) No salary. Compensation is entirely performance‑based.

50% commission

on Spottal’s per‑student fee for the

first batch

enrolled at each institution you sign.

20% commission

on all subsequent enrollments from that institution for

12 months , provided you continue to manage the relationship.

No caps

on institutions onboarded, students enrolled, or total commissions earned.

When Commissions Are Earned

Commissions are earned upon successful student enrollment and acceptance through Spottal.

This role is ideal for a seasoned, well‑connected higher‑ed seller eager to build institutional partnerships and be rewarded directly for results.
