What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive sales growth

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations

Effectively manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting

Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field

Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills

Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in educational sales or related fields

Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet

Demonstrated ability to achieve budgeted Fair Counts and revenue goals

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across various teams

Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape in the educational sector
