About the Role The Account Executive owns the full sales cycle for assigned territories or accounts, converting qualified demand into closed revenue. This role is accountable for quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and disciplined execution of the IQNOX sales process.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to own complex sales cycles end to end, supported by strong discovery and negotiation skills and disciplined pipeline and forecast management. They are collaborative, easy to work with, and approach client challenges as a problem solver.
Responsibilities
Own deals from qualification through close.
Conduct discovery, solution positioning, and commercial negotiation.
Develop and execute territory or account strategies aligned to GTM priorities.
Lead internal resources including Sales Engineering and Customer Success to ensure solutions that meet client requirements and enhance brand presence.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders optimizing client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Support leadership data analysis efforts driving sales strategies, retention improvement, and market growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or enterprise software/services roles.
Demonstrated experience owning deals from qualification through close.
Experience managing and documenting pipelines, forecasts, and customer relationships.
Proven ability to conduct discovery, position solutions, and negotiate commercial terms.
Comfort operating autonomously within defined sales processes.
Disciplined, coachable, and technically curious, with the aptitude to learn and translate the benefits of new systems to potential clients.
Should exhibit people-centric, collaborative, and leadership soft skills.
Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Success is Measured By
Win rate and deal quality.
Forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
Territory and Coverage Model This Account Executive role owns new business development and account growth within the automotive OEM sector across North America. In addition to industry-aligned territory, the role also provides structured regional sales coverage for the U.S. Midwest and central Canada on opportunities that fall outside of other assigned industry territories.
Account Executives are assigned specific territories, named accounts, or market segments aligned to IQNOX’s go-to-market strategy. Territory assignments are subject to periodic review and adjustment based on coverage needs, performance, and organizational scale.
