What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support the creation and execution of strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives
Meet annual sales goals as established by the Regional Vice President of Broker Distribution
Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings and communication
Drive a pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to enhance sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on critical deliverables and maintain strong connections with various departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace
College degree with a concentration in business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent work experience
Ability to analyze data from various sources to support decision-making and align with the organization's strategy
High degree of integrity and transparency in professional conduct
Self-reflective with a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation

Excellent analytical skills, capable of understanding complex business and financial relationships
