Responsibilities
Support the creation and execution of strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales and profitability objectives
Meet annual sales goals established by the Regional Vice President of Broker Distribution
Collaborate with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to educate brokers on the company\'s value proposition
Conduct a specified number of broker meetings weekly to strengthen relationships and drive sales
Maintain connections with various internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and broker relationships
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a presence in the broker marketplace
College degree in business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent work experience
Ability to analyze data to support strategic decisions and align others with organizational goals
High degree of integrity and transparency in decision-making
Self-reflective and aware of personal limitations, leading by example for continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Strong performance orientation and drive for results
Excellent analytical skills, capable of understanding complex business and financial issues
Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
