What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support the creation and execution of strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales and retention goals
Build and strengthen relationships with brokers to drive sales and enhance brand presence
Conduct a predetermined number of broker meetings weekly to foster partnerships
Drive a pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) monthly
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and broker relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with established broker marketplace presence
College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
Ability to analyze data from various sources to support strategic decisions
High degree of integrity and transparency in professional conduct
Self-awareness and a commitment to continuous improvement in performance

Strong performance orientation and drive for results
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business and financial issues
Proven ability to collaborate respectfully and communicate effectively with stakeholders
