What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives
Meet annual sales goals as established by the Regional Vice President of Broker Distribution
Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to communicate the Workforce Benefits story to the broker community
Strengthen and grow relationships with brokers through regular meetings and communication
Drive a pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and maintain connections with internal teams for alignment on deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace
College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
Ability to analyze data from various sources to support strategic decisions
High degree of integrity and ability to act transparently while considering organizational best interests
Self-awareness and a commitment to continuous improvement in organizational performance

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex business and financial issues
