Support the creation and execution of sales strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales and profitability objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and deliver the Workforce Benefits value proposition Conduct an appropriate number of broker meetings weekly to drive sales growth Drive a steady pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) monthly Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and broker relationships What is Required
5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace College degree in business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent work experience Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data to support strategic decisions High degree of integrity and transparency in professional conduct Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders How to Stand Out
