Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives Build and advance broker relationships to drive sales and enhance brand presence in the market Execute a specified number of broker meetings weekly and drive a pipeline of RFPs monthly Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on critical deliverables within broker relationships Participate in industry and community activities to stay updated on trends and represent the company as needed What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a presence in the broker marketplace College degree in business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent work experience Strong analytical skills to support decision-making and align with organizational strategy High degree of integrity and ability to act transparently while focusing on organizational best interests Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with various stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
