What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the creation and execution of a strategy for Broker Distribution to meet sales and profitability objectives
Meet annual sales goals and drive a pipeline of RFPs per month
Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings and engagement
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and broker relationships
Participate in industry and community activities to stay informed on trends and represent the company
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace
College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and support strategic decisions
High degree of integrity and ability to act transparently
Self-reflective with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation

Ability to respectfully and confidently collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders
