Location: Portland, Oregon Contract Type: Full time State: OR Country/Region: US Key Accountabilities Own the end?to?end recruitment process: strategy meeting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Leverage the companys Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to effectively communicate the organizations culture, values, and benefits to candidates. Act as a strategic advisor to hiring teams, guiding recruitment decisions and talent planning. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines. Conduct efficient and effective resume reviews, phone screens, and in?depth interviews/assessments. Collaborate with sourcing and recruiting colleagues to share talent and insights. Provide regular updates and coaching to hiring managers throughout the TA process. Ensure a high?quality candidate and hiring manager experience. Participate in strategic TA projects and quarterly business reviews as required. Use recruitment systems to track progress and ensure data accuracy. Drive performance and outcomes aligned with defined global and local Talent Acquisition KPIs. Support additional areas of the business outside of core partners as capacity allows. Handle 12?18 requisitions across all grade levels, including M2 roles, particularly in specialized or difficult areas of the business (e.g., Design, Analytics), and support hard?to?fill roles across any function as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated experience managing full?cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions, role types, and organizational levels. Proven capability to act as a strategic talent advisor, influencing hiring decisions aligned with business goals. Skill in developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, and job boards. Proficiency in conducting resume reviews, phone screens, and in?depth candidate interviews. Knowledge of how to effectively communicate and utilize an EVP to attract and engage talent. Experience coaching and advising hiring managers to ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging recruitment process. Familiarity with tracking, analyzing, and maintaining recruiting data using applicant tracking systems and related tools. Ability to manage complex or senior?level requisitions, including those in niche or hard?to?fill functional areas. Strong organizational and time?management skills, with the capacity to prioritize competing demands. Business acumen to connect recruitment strategies with broader organizational objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience)

3?5 years of experience in full?cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Four?year college or university degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Hybrid Work Policy

At adidas, we require attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. Some in?person collaboration or presentations may also require the office on Friday. This position is based in Portland, Oregon and supports a hybrid working model. 2025 adidas.
