Client is looking for someone who is hardworking and reliable. You will be working in a fast‑paced environment with something new every day. You will be working side‑by‑side with the current Technician’s on the team. This is an entry‑level job opportunity. You will receive training. This is a hybrid role. Reliable transportation is required. The bulk of the day will be responding to tickets. You will be supporting users through email, chat, and in person. Expected issues: password resets in Active Directory, troubleshooting login issues, WiFi connectivity issues, printer support, etc. Soft skills are very important and you must be on time. Contract position based out of Coppell, TX. Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $16.25 - $18.00/hr. Benefits Available
