What You’ll Do
Draft & Review:
Purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, deeds, and easements.
Lead Due Diligence:
Analyze titles, surveys, and resolve issues before they become problems.
Coordinate Closings:
Keep communication flowing between clients, lenders, and title companies.
Own the Process:
Prepare settlement statements, organize closing binders, and ensure compliance every step of the way.
Stay Organized:
Manage case files, legal databases, and assist with admin tasks when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
3–4+ years in commercial real estate or finance (law firm, title company, or lending background preferred).
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite and Box proficiency; real estate legal software experience is a plus.
Expertise:
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, title/survey review, and contract drafting.
