Assist customers with friendly, courteous service throughout the shift.
Clean, fill, and rotate cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli.
Maintain department cleanliness and product quality.
Perform basic Spanish/English verbal and written communication with customers and coworkers.
Regularly lift up to 45 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
Qualifications
Read and write Spanish and English; interact with the general public and coworkers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Food Handler Card or equivalent certification required.
Preferred Skills
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
