Entrepreneurship Trainee – Sales & Marketing
to represent our clients in a
face-to-face retail environment , build strong customer relationships, and gain hands‑on experience in sales, marketing, and leadership.
This is an
entry‑level role
designed for individuals who want more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to learn the foundations of business, client acquisition, and team leadership while working directly with customers. Full training is provided, and advancement is performance‑based.
Key Responsibilities
Execute face‑to‑face sales and marketing strategies in retail settings
Engage customers, build rapport, and deliver a high‑quality customer experience
Promote and represent client products and services with professionalism
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and assist with peer training as you advance
Analyze competitors and clearly communicate product comparisons to customers
Contribute to a positive, energetic, and growth‑focused team culture
Qualifications
Competitive, motivated, and eager to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or leadership
Background in sports, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus (not required)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into management
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ pounds during retail events
