Job Description
* Provide legal advice and support on executive compensation, employment, and benefits matters. * Draft and review employment and compensation-related agreements. * Collaborate with clients to design and implement compensation plans and employee benefit programs. * Advise on tax implications related to executive compensation and benefits. * Work on matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. * Research and analyze complex legal issues and provide actionable insights. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the professional services industry. * Support clients in audits and disputes related to compensation and benefits.

The Successful Applicant
* JD degree and admission to New York Bar * 3 to 5+ years of experience in executive compensation, employment, or benefits law. * Strong technical knowledge of tax codes, ERISA, and securities law. * Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills. * Ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior associates.
